Take a visit and spent almost 3 hours there.
pretty interested in their Bayan. No.12 corner unit which master room facing the proposed main river. TAPI, one thing really hold me off: MAINTENANCE FEE which about RM871 per month...  any Bayan owner here have any comment on this? monthly Installments of add this maintenance making the cost almost same to sanctuary's corner... |
