I have also reflected to the developer with their existing 2 lanes township roads, i’m doubt that it would be sufficient to support the future traffic flows. However, just made up my mind to buy even though rational tells me not to buy 😂

It's true that all those developers chose to build there.
But can choose to exit to the nearest highway (elite?)

How far is Hana from the htc?

I think Bayan is more nearer. Hana is even further with HTC

Hana location should be the best piece in TA.
1) Far from HTC.
2) Far from upcoming surau(next to Gemala).
3) No need to wait for traffic light to reach home(Freesia side).
4) No empty land next to it thus no more surprises.
5) Next to clubhouse.
6) Far from sewage plant(near Bohemia, Elemen).
7) Far from upcoming WCE(near Bohemia,Elemen).

That is why I feel Tropicana went all out for this last piece.
In term of layout, IMHO best among all phases as well.

Would like to check with you guys if the Tropicana Central Park here is dog friendly. Seem to be getting alot of stares from the people there when I brought my dog for a walk there

There will be crowded during evening time 6pm to 8pm, and lots of kids there. I would recommend you walk dog before or after the peak hour.

Any owners here can share whether it is possible to install retractable awning at porch area?

My opinion, the park is very big, just to avoid very crowded place like playground.

Depends on your resident association later. Some phases not very well controlled. You can do gates, awning etc. not really a problem, but the ecstatics don’t look good cause some roads look like abandon project feel.

Sorry, does this mean this raft foundation is more solid and better compare to piling?

Different type of soil condition use different type of foundation le,
better or not- it is design by the competent engineer and good for the job

because the former wetland too soft for piling to be effective. so in turn they chose to let the building float on the soil. is good and effective method for the type of soil, but draw back is your porch, backyard & side extension which is not on the raft might detach in a few years as your neighbours starts to load in furniture and adding structure. edge erosion might also happen. this is when you see your car porch "detach" from the road or vice versa.
