My cheria I'm paying more or less same maintenance as Eco SemiD, and I dont get any clubhouse/swimming pools..

Just make a booking for Gemala.would like know more about this developer and surrounding. Care share?
1) flood affected ?  No
2) safety? Still ok. It depends on your neighbourhood MO and JMB etc
3) developers good in term workmanship?  It's average. Tropicana will fix defects. At least they won't run away la like some other no-name developers. .  If not happy with defect fixes by Tropicana, you have 2 years of defect liability period to hire your own contractor and chargeback their 5% stakeholder money after negotiating with Tropicana.

4) Gemala residence how you feel facing lakeside? Some people like it , some people don't like it.  It depends on your personal taste and lifestyle. I personally want a buffer zone from the lake in case the lake overflows etc and for privacy purposes.

5) Quiet for home stay? If facing lake near end lot unit? 

Good idea and agreed to put some plants to reduce the visibility of public at the park to see inside the house, perhaps install tinting also will help also.

Changed to Freesia 😃 for the extra indoor lighting and the layout, particularly the kitchen for gemala is very sempit, missus tak suka already thinking to dismantle the maids room, but then we wouldn’t have a store room if we do that, so freesia it is , and also the extra lighting from both sides of the wall clinched it for us
