Guys I have a quick question, I think i am using a slow Memory Stick. My question is , if i get a one that has faster read times , will the movies of certain games example (tomb Raider: Aniversary's Movie intro) will run fast and not jerk. I just can't stand game movies running at jerkily and that really pisses me off. Anyone got any suggestions and which memory stick should i buy? And secondly does a 2gb Memory stick make a difference in game movie speed compared to a 4gb one? Cause i am using the 4 gb one. Hopefully someone could help me so i could get a faster memory card or another one to play specific games.

larger capacity mspd consumes more times to seek to the specific memory location. but i'm not sure with your case. it might be your mspd is a fake one. high speed original mspd should not have a problem with that. is your legally backup umd in compressed format? i mean cso or dax.

You mean the XMB Home Main Menu. You can do either doesn't matter it won't spoil your PSP or Memory Stick since its only reading the card not writing it.

Did you check your CPU Speed? Is it because its slow? I am using a slow MSPD but yet to face any lagging problem though even on big games...

Well i think its a fake the memory stick , Tomb Raider is in cso but it does not matter if games are in cso or in iso format certain game intro's usually lag. But yeah I was thinking of getting an original one a fast memory stick. Do you guys have any suggestions. And yes my speed in the configuration menu is 333for both umd and the other one cant remember . Anyway any other suggestions. Usually i noticed before when i was using 3.10 oe-a , tony hawks undergrouds 2 movie was a jerky but when the new firmware came out 3.40 oe-a it was working fine. So i guess i have to wait now for 3.60 m33 since i am using 3.52-m33-2 . Anyway could someone suggest a good brand and speed to get . I want 4gig need space for *woo hoo games *

LOL don't know why people bother buying fake flash cards. Just few weeks back some shops in LYP doing promotiion on Memory Stciks. 4GB MS PRO Duo only for around $250. I recommend getting SanDisk they are the best in producing memory sticks and 5 years limited warranty and also a hardcase to store your stick unlike Sony which give you a soft pouch that can barely protect it.

my mspd already crack crack... hahaha.. damn.. i kept it inside the adapter and the adapter is inside my wallet... huhu... now i regret... huhu..

yeah its better to carry them in portable cases that has those mspd holders, so protect your psp and memory cards at the same time.
