Well, this is the answer i get from him last time but it might differ now. If you are getting the PSP from him, you can upgrade on the spot FOC. However, if you wanted to upgrade the next time, there is a certain fee that you need to pay.Hope this helps..

Well, the reason i am interested in things from Play-Asia is because their price is attractive. As of now, i am monitoring quite a number of stuff to get once my budget is here. Having free shipping is a plus point because the price is cheaper when compared to buying here. BUT, if i am paying extra for shipping like FEDEX, DHL etc, its not much difference from buying it over here. Maybe RM10 - 20 difference, or maybe even more expensive. That is why i guess IF i wanted to buy, i really need to make sure their free shipping is trustable..

If not, i rather get it directly over here...

There's a way. Get PSPFiler and change the file locations on-the-go.

Situations:
Your gf's not here. Another chick's photos stay in MS_ROOT/PICTURE/.

Your gf's here. Run PSPFiler, change target chick's photos to MS_ROOT/ANOTHER_CHICK/

ermmm...got my psp from sungai wang few weeks ago, and according to the felo , my psp is version 1.5, which means i can download games from some website and play the'jack sparrow' games(this is wat he told me) and he ask me nvr think of upgrading my psp or else i'll have to say bb to 'ehem' games..

now i'm planning to buy the 'monsters hunter' umd, so would like to ask whether my v1.5 psp enable to run all the umd???

Upgrade to custom firmware (latest is V3.52 M33-2) and you can play original UMDs. And you can also play your legally backed-up games on your MSPD.



Anyways, just to directly answer your question: Nope, newer UMD games require newer firmwares.

if the virus is meant to be executed in win32 environment, it would not harm your psp.. it cant do anything. different environment.
