same case happen to me with monster hunter freedom and burnout dominator..
just blank screen after PSP logo... i send to benard to reflash it and voila... ok already.. he did say that maybe the firmware flashed before is corrupted.
since mfa realize it that we cant enter the configuration menu in recovery mode.

3.10OE ...... not UMD game but private.....

we can't discuss piracy in here... sorry.
btw let me give u a hint. "check the firmware requirement-_-, each game required different fw, basically, new game required new firmware.."

i think it's firmware problem...
corrupted dy... try to reflash see.
3.10 is pretty high, should be able to play most games if not all.

probably fw corrupted like msn's problem. but not enough fw requirement is also can be considered since TMNT is quite a new game. my advice, flash to 3.40oe.

i think this 1 like lakum's problem. lighting option terbalik.. try press display button on that blank screen like lakum said.

make sure u set custom address setting then for Internet Browser option, set it to "Start". after connected with their AP, browser will automatically bring u to TIME homepage to login.

i tried to put in video folder inside mspd.. cant see at all.. aiyoo..
i tried .mpeg n .mpg

i played mp4 files smoothly, converted with PSPvideo9. If there is other friendly movie player software..

oic.. so have to use mp4 format only aa? with that sony psp's built-in player?

Highest is 333mhz. Yea u can set the cpu speed to that speed. But it will suck ur battery life. But i read somewhere that some of games didnt work at 333mhz, dont remember what game it is.

The XMB speed...erm..maybe the scrolling speed? I dont know bout that...i only use default on XMB speed.

I think u have to find compatible custom XMB (theme maybe?) for 3.10OE-A. Some icon, font and wave is only design for specific firmware.
