Why do you hate 3.10OE? I was planning to buy psp with that firmware later this month.

Dude... nobody hates 3.10OE...
if you're just a casual gamer, that fw is better for you.
Most of us stick to older 3.03OE bcos of XMB flashing.

btw, i have thought of changing my PSP to a silver one too...
but i have read/heard that Tekken DR saves are machine dependant.
If i take my game save and load it on another PSP, it won't work.
And i'm not about to get another 34 Divine FIst.
So i'll stick with my black PSP

3.10OE XMB mod limitations.
3.03oec gives me headache
well, i dont actually hate it.
3.10oe ps1 is a totally different architecture from the rest. which is i dont hav a clue.
and also 3.10oe cant change the icon in the XMB.

PSX? got 2 meanings btw, the FAT ps1 is called PSX nowadays.
but the new PS2+Media Center thing is called PSX too!

I want to get a PSP but the question is nowadays the White colour PSP firmware version is 3.0 and above and can i get this package after that downgraded to firmware 1.5 version so i can play the game from memory stick which is homebrew. Cause 1 shop want to sell firmware 1.5 version which is Rm900 and verision 2.0 and above only Rm550
I new to PSP i need someone to explain Thanks alot.
