For hd analog is the correct choice. App not so important, recorded quality that counts.

5mp consider hd? how about 2mp ?also hd?

how to know record quality is good ?or just depend on camera mp?

720p also HD. When it all started we were going gaga even on 720p, you need to compare SD with HD side by side to appreciate it's quality. And now we have 4K and more.

my hik bullet cameras auto turned on to ir mode become black n white even the area got lighting suddenly....
how come like that ?

Because the camera might be at a slightly dim area, the sensor is @the glasss.

seller reply say installed 1 light near the camera to prevent auto turn on ir mode ..haha..


maybe plan to install 12v car led light at top of the camera ?12v joining the camera power supply ?

no power source ...

Then no choice need battery power wifi camera, can consider solar type if got sunlight near the location.

if 12v power source from power supply can use ?the power supply got 9 12v output ...8 output already used for 8x of camera
