The motion detect would trigger recording on sunset, sunrise and thunder lightning. Maybe someone can suggest to CCTV manufacturer to differentiate "changes of exposure" and "object animation"?

Yes. It come will 12v or 5v. you need to check your camera voltage

Now already got Camera or DVR that can recognize Human and Vehicle, other that these 2 will not trigger the system.

LOL, german If the user manual is correct, it's a XM rebadged, low end stuff. Better got for top 3. HIK, Dahua or UNV.

All 3 hv their own speciality..
They produce products from low-end (very cheap .. quality so so) to high end (Very expensive).
So, depends what u need lo.
