It is better for you to leave a complaint file there...
Or ask them to call you when the replacement new set is here...
Then exchange also ok, cos I worried later they blame this to your usage...
Haha... Cos I know machines too well...
They expect the unit to be perfect condition or 90+%...
If not you can't claim warranty...
That's my advice...
