guys anyone have experience with refurbish phone before? is it the new housing and new lcd screen?

example if i bring a phone with scratches and defect to service center, and they replace me a refurbish phone. So it will be a different phone like new?

I checked my credit card transactions online and it's already listed in the recent transactions (not just deduction of available balance), so payment has gone through.

I got a similar message from their cs, but mine said they will try to ship by tomorrow (tuesday) or something like that. That being said, I might have heard it wrongly, given that I was pissed they couldn't explain why it takes 3-5 business working days to process payment, and I wasn't really paying attention after that. Since their response to you is in a written form, that should be a more accurate estimation of shipment date.

Noted. How thick is it (like can I use a slim fit case like caudabe veil or the Apple case with it on)? and what is the price?

If you plan to do full body wrap/coat your phone please take note that after applying full body wrap/coat your phone's thickness and dimensions will be different (increased),

Seeing as most cases are made and measured to fit with a naked iPhone, having increased dimensions due to the full body coat/wrap may result in an ill fit with your case.

Just a gentle reminder so choose wisely.
