IPhone sold and fulfilled by Gemfive is actually handled by many other 3rd party resellers
So one delivery will depend on sellers efficiency and a doubt too whether they really have stock on hand? I guess any free gifts will be different too between them if they are any free stuffs This was told to me by Gemfive support staff few days back Ask and you will be informed name of the seller So those who bought from Gemfive do call them yourself to enquire. You cannot compare with other buyers experience here This post has been edited by benny888: Oct 17 2016, 04:41 PM |

QUOTE(neorage_x @ Oct 18 2016, 07:15 AM) Not really much....there is an adapter provided to fit the older 3.5mm jackI haven't tested it yet Those who doesn't like it being removed can always use wireless earset. Apple units are expensive!! Or one can get other alternatives |

QUOTE(idoblu @ Oct 18 2016, 02:35 PM) Jet Black is indeed very beautiful n gorgeous looking. Actually I wanted Matt Black but sold out and than left only one unit of Jet BlackWell I am still happy with it I had retained the back plastic piece for protection and phone was in flipcase immediately once I had taken it No SP as I don't believe in such stuffs and probably will only look for a back protector sheet only This post has been edited by benny888: Oct 18 2016, 02:50 PM |

My experience with Gemfive was good. They sent out the phone through Gedex on 15th and I recieved it on 17th. I had no complaints about them. I bought the ip7+ matt black 128gb. Within 2 hours phone was on my friend hands as I had sold to him. I already had a 256gb ip7+ on 14oct

I am using my Aukey QC 2.0 charger to charge it as well as my other Androids too.
I had no worries at all not using the supplied charger. For cable I use an alternative supposedly compatible too since ip6 days I don't even bother to know how much time is needed to charge it. I had only charge it once only to 100% and that was just to assess the battery usage. Most other times I keep it plugged in if not use Usually almost times I will have about 70-80% charge when leaving the house. I will use my car Aukey QC to top up if necessary |

Those who need the thinnest backcase?
Personally I am fine with my flipcase even though it does add some bulk to the phone http://bgr.com/2016/10/19/iphone-7-plus-ca...zon-prime-slim/ |

QUOTE(nas @ Oct 21 2016, 07:28 AM) Do we know or can we check what model of the modem we're using in our phones? Currently the new phones either are using Qualcomm or Intel modems. And according to studies the Qualcomm modem produces better performance. Look for model in box - ours should be Intel based on Cellular Insight, I quote :http://bgr.com/2016/10/20/iphone-7-plus-ce...lte-vs-samsung/ Apple has taken a different approach with the decision to source two instead of one baseband chipset suppliers: Qualcomm and Intel. This created two distinct RF SKUs, one limited to GSM/WCDMA/LTE support (A1778, A1784), powered by Intel’s modem, and one with GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/LTE support (A1660, A1661) powered by Qualcomm’s modem. |

QUOTE(AzaelTheKid @ Oct 21 2016, 08:01 AM) No. Don't worry about it if you don't hear it with phone in front of you in a quiet environment. This issue is overblown. Those hearing it with phones placed close to the ears is not an issue at all Many had reported you can hear it on previous ip5 n ip6 series too with it placed close to the ears! Why now such a big hoo ha? This post has been edited by benny888: Oct 21 2016, 08:09 AM |

QUOTE(EON @ Oct 21 2016, 08:17 AM) Guys, does there any apps can check what is draining my battery in the midnight?? My phone works very well with 4hour usage and still got 50% and 10+ hour standby.. And when i go to sleep with 50% left battery , it drains to 0% when i woke up.. It is not the 1st time, at 1st i thought it was my data or wifi drain, but later i close them during i sleep it still the same. Looks like you had a very big problem Sorry I am not an iPhone expert and unable to advise you further Iphones are well known to have very minimal drain on standby. My ip7+ if left overnight with 3g switched on, over 7-8 hours battery level hardly drop at all. On my Androids it averages 3% I had never ever do anything special or install any battery aids stuffs This post has been edited by benny888: Oct 21 2016, 08:42 AM |
