For those who purchase the iPhone though Apple online store Malaysia at 14th Oct 2016,the 10days DOA one to one exchange is ended today.

do you notice the coating will have marks if you hard things or pressure on it for certain period? however it will auto heal laugh.gif

14. Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box

14.1 An Apple-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call AppleCare Technical Support on 1800-80-6419 within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. AppleCare Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
14.2. Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Apple's expense. An Apple Store Sales Support representative will contact you within 48 hours of your call with the replacement product delivery details and the procedure for returning the DOA product.
14.3 Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
14.4 Product must be deemed DOA by AppleCare Technical Support within 10 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.

15. DOA Terms and Conditions
15.1 This DOA policy applies only to Apple-branded hardware products currently offered at the Apple Consumer Store. As new products are offered, Apple reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. This DOA policy does not apply to third-party products that do not bear the Apple brand name. You may call the manufacturer directly with any third-party product issues.
15.2 If the product is deemed DOA by AppleCare Technical Support more than 10 calendar days after the invoice date, Apple's standard product warranty will apply.
15.3 If the product is deemed by AppleCare Technical Support NOT to be DOA, Apple's standard product warranty will apply.
15.4 Shipping will be arranged at Apple's expense for all products determined by AppleCare Technical Support to be DOA.
15.5 Apple reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Apple may impose a handling fee.

If don't like the iPhone 7 plus. Don't know apple can let us change fr plus to ip 7 ? 😓😓😓😂😂😂

iphone 6: Hand Oily or sweaty cant scan fingerprint/
iphone 7: my hand got curry also can scan :-)

this is due to the second generation touch id,but I found that a lot of 6s users share on taiwan forum,after sometimes also become not easy to scan,some of them said maybe due to the coating on the touch id missing already? bye.gif

Previously using 5s, even the Touch ID not clean also can't scan. Now i7 never miss the scan anymore.

Actually you also go to the service center to check,they also will change for you.

The different just whether they change whole unit with the box or just change the phone body to you only.
If only the phone body,mean it is claim warranty,you 99.99% get a refurbished unit. rclxms.gif

yahoooo. been hunting for two days at shop for retail price. manage to grab 1 week old 7+ jetblack 128gb today lower than retail with glass n incipio casing. yeay.

What is your recommendation?
