urm... a very long call and on hold with them rougly about an hour +.

Tell them about the issue they you are facing. What weeks is your phone batch. Tell them that the switch authorize service center could not help on your case as they only send it back to sg tech to check on the issue and they will only replaced the phone unit itself and that your reseller persuade that you contact apple for support on technical issue or hard issue as they don't help with the claim and refund

Haha, not yet. I'm just saying even if I had bought it I'd keep it in the box till I've bought protection for it. I'm kinda hoping to get it from SenQ but stocks of the 7 Plus are out.

Yes. Without Internet all you can do is make calls and send/receive text messages via SMS.

run an apps (video recording, HD games. rebooting the phone), place the back of the phone to your ear.
if there r hissing sound, you can hear it from the apple logo there.

at first i also have the same thought as u, but after few days i plan to report because in future i might need to capture video recording in a very quiet room, so if this issue never been solve, i will not able to capture a video in a quiet mode. so i decided to contact apple by today.

both, outlook for work, ios mail for personal, so far no issue about re-entering password

you call 1800-80-6419 ?
3-4 weeks is quite strange
the normal exchange procedure is like the user Criollo,ask dhl/ups collect it and send a new unit after that.
I think they still have the stock in their warehouse for exchange.

how they diagnose the issue? I already called apple support but they asked me to reset my phone and restore back... How they know you got hissing issue
