Yes most probably refurbished set. Will come wrapped but not inside a new box.
Hence the headache starts as many here warned so many times.

doubt theres any refurbished unit for iphone 7 at this moment, phone is still new globally..

Mine is week 39...which batch no more hissing

So sad..  Both my units have hissing sound which is really loud and one of it have yellow screen.  Gonna try and get a new unit from them if they say refurbish unit probably wait until my warranty gonna end only go change it.  Haiz... Wasted two tempered glass adi

If u bought this from Apple online store, call them up, email the photo. No questions ask, they will change 1-1 with u within 7 days.
If u bought from reseller, good luck. If Machines, will first accuse u scratched it.

Just came back from the penang apple service center. Don't bother going over as their staff is not really helpful at all. Dont even take a look at my hissing problem and yellow screen. Just tell me to sent it back for them to check on the issue.

As the stock is currently very limited so the process would take around 2-3 weeks. Else it would only take 5-7 working days.

As I am told from the staff in the center, you only need to provide them with the phone itself and not the box, cables etc.... They will just replace the phone for you.

They told me the replacement unit would not be a refurbish unit.

Is it just me or does the iPhone plus takes a long time to fully charged ?

Can I use my note 3 charger ?
