from Gemfive I have no idea but like you said I also saw like in bubble wrap only, no outer box

the iphone box itself is wrapped in a cello film, go watch some unboxing videos then you can see how they look like

Bro... Just to remind everyone... Hard to say on networking issues...
Remember MCMC did give memo about network monitor might have stability issues during now until mid of 2017 due to network upgrading for most of the telco? That day only I got signal for data twice within 10mins... Although Maxis accept my reports but after that no problem dy haha...

The phone's stock charger is still in the box...

And I want tell you that the service centre told you just need send the phone,charger cable and box no need right?
It is claim warranty and will only replace you a refurbished unit.

Thanks, yeah saw some unboxing videos..seems to have no sticker. however, there is a transparent plastic (shrink wrap) with a tab. meaning, it is possible to unseal it and with extra care, the plastic can be used again hmm.gif

Yup you can. There is no sticker type of sealed where you need to cut or tear off.

i only charge via cable connect to the pc or laptop. not even use the charger wink.gif

I have few experience to claim warranty for iPhone and ipad for myself and my friends before,claim warranty mean they only take your iphone,box and accessories they wont take,they only replace your iPhone,of course they wont tell you it is refurbished unit cry.gif

Replacement to new unit mean they will take back whole box include iPhone and accessories,then give you a new box of iPhone.How to check,the box imei number will match your iPhone imei. rclxm9.gif
