Yeah..delivery option..the staff called me on the model colour package taken and gb..they called using hp no. 😅

If i still have 1 year contract from last year phone, can i still get new 24 month contract?

Nope you can’t unless you pay a termination fee to terminate your current contract with one year remaining or you apply a new line.

Since you have one year left the termination fee won’t be cheap. Call the CS to check exactly how much the termination fee is.

No, they'll only waive the penalty if you have three/four months or less of your contract remaining (and that also is at their discretion)

Didn't get email and sms after making the order, and now Maxis CS says that they can't locate my order in the system

Did you take a photo of your order no after completion of placing the pre-order? if yes, prove to them by forwarding the picture to them.


Usually the courier insist on the person itself to accept and sign on the delivery order, else you check with Maxis whether you can change your address t your office instead of your house.

Maxis called me about my pre order, was suggesting to meet me at 8.30am but I’ll be rushing so I told them to come at night hehe

Oic, coz on the first day of pre-order, the system is lagging. On the 2nd day in the afternoon ,the system is smooth sailing
Hope you managed to get your pre-order in else they might ask you to wait for the official release which is after 26 OCT. anyhow in the end , you still get your iphone
