Did you guys receive confirmation email for your purchase? I only received successful payment notification email from Maxis. I am able to track my order on the Maxis store tracking page though.

Check out extended warranty / protection plans by Apple Authorized Resellers but only available for phones purchased from them.

Was referring to standard warranty. Maxis set is original Apple set so I thought safe to go to any Apple Auhtorized reseller for warranty claims.

So all this while all mobile phones bought though Maxis have to claim warranty through Maxis only?

The turnover time for reseller service center much quicker.

I asked about Maxis Safe Device @ Maxis Center Cheras. It's not available at this moment. Any feedback from other centers?

I went to Maxis center in KLCC last night. They wont sell me an eSIM. They just said it wont work with the iPhone XS and etc. I highlighted that I know that a iOS 12.1 update is needed.

During collection of my phone at Maxis Cheras Taman Segar. Sales person told me that I can do warranty claims through any apple authorized service centers. No need back to Maxis. Anyone else got the same information?

Saw this and I dont mind paying for some "insurance".

That's a bummer. Plenty of customers preordered with Maxis on normal contract. Dont think they should sideline them.
