No, third party extended warranty is only valid at the third party offering it, but I'm pretty sure maxis sends it out to machines or equivalent to get it fixed. Wouldn't be part of their business model to have a service centre to repair phones  |

Just received SMS from maxis stated my iPhone is ready for collection on 26-Oct at my selected maxis centre

Maxis set is original Apple set so I thought safe to go to any Apple Auhtorized reseller for warranty claims. So all this while all mobile phones bought though Maxis have to claim warranty through Maxis only? The turnover time for reseller service center much quicker. |
