Looking at the previous posting, IMHO, it seems that Maxis Online Store will restock/ update their Iphone 7 at 6/7pm evening and 7/8 am morning.

For normal Zerolution , you don't have to surrender your phone after you have completed your 24 months contract whilst for Zerolution360 plan, it is like you are renting the phone from Maxis and you need to surrender it back to them after a minimun of 12 months contract
That is why the normal Zerolution monthly installment is higher the Zero360,

I reckon the Iphone X is out of stock at MAxis Store therefore, it is an error / blank page in the store. XS and XS MAx is no problem but for me, when I selected standard Zerolution, it shows "SWICTHING FROM ANOTHER OPERATOR option, so no luck for me

I think it is out of stock for the time being, there is no harm waiting for it. This pre-order doesn't have any free gift so no rush to order it

Wait awhile after the launching/ delivery of 1st batch, then u order it and get the color you wanted

Did you take a photo of your order no after completion of placing the pre-order? if yes, prove to them by forwarding the picture to them.


Usually the courier insist on the person itself to accept and sign on the delivery order, else you check with Maxis whether you can change your address t your office instead of your house.

Oic, coz on the first day of pre-order, the system is lagging. On the 2nd day in the afternoon ,the system is smooth sailing
Hope you managed to get your pre-order in else they might ask you to wait for the official release which is after 26 OCT. anyhow in the end , you still get your iphone
