Ya. Their smartphone division is dying and they are not doing anything in turning their fortunes around. Sad to see a major player in smartphone arena go down like this. The best Sony I had was during the X1 Compact time when everyone was amazed with its waterproofing capabilities. Sad to say, until now, its still the same old boring design and features.

Im also an Ex Owner already.

We are trying to 'educate' the 'reluctant' owners to return their phones now.

I would say you should refer back to YES as they are the sellers of the phone. Apparently those that went through SME dealers got their refunds within the 5 days time frame.

I called samsung sunway pyramid CS today and asked about the money.. the girl then said she will email to samsung.. she called awhile after and said she already emailed and she will update me.. i hope she does..

The last time Samsung pushed an OTA to limit the battery to 60%, I just paused ithe update at 25%. It remained paused after that. So this time round I'll do the same coz I don't want to root. I've changed my network to 2G, so that the speed is damn slow. Hopefully I can pause it on time
