FOR YES customers:
I called Samsung SC Sunway and asked if I could just do the refund process with them instead of YES since YES claims they haven't got any instructions from HQ. She asked if I have any contract and I said no so she said yes and they will refund the amount of Samsung Preorder which is less 0.90cents from YES which I don't mind just as long I get my refund. I'm gonna go to Sunway this afternoon or tomorrow. I will update you guys if I succeed or not loll. |

YES set update:
I went to Sunway SC and return my note7 (phone and empty box only).. it took like 15-20 mins and the guy confirmed with me twice about the refund amount which is RM2897.10 (less 0.90 from YES) which I don't mind rather than stuck with stupid YES. He gave a service order sheet, he said the refund will take 5working days and samsung will inform me when they have credited the money into my acc. If anything, can just call them back. So relieved fuuuhhh.... PS: bring IC copy, Invoice from YES, bank online statement.. |
