Was contacted by them on 13th i think. By email and a call on 13th early morning. Basically content was to power off device and await further instruction from Sammy. They will loan YES Altitude 5inch phone for a month. If dont want to loan the phone from them, no need to head over. After that no more news.

They also hesitant to say anything more because last recall was a mess due to conflicting instructions from their directives vs Sammy

really damn bad first n last experience buying phone from telco man.

stupid uninformed YES personnels. somemore typing her report and reading out loud and letting me correct her grammer .... bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

in the end just write a report asking YES lot10 how and when to return, and to give customer (me) a call and email.

hi yvonne i think we talked to the same personnel, based at PJ haha. Malay woman who is like out of breathe or nervous or what. in the end just made a report.

i swear my blood pressure spikes whenever speak to them.

update from YES: no update

staffs no further instruction from SME. Gave them photocopy of my order slip, packing list, bank statement and ic for Agnes to contact me again.
