Gamuda's prop ok, good quality but not sure overall. Notice a lot of ppl praised it but not sure whether it was the period of price booming n making them said so, included my frens, lol.

I also like DPC a lot, branded n great, good n profile community but if i look into DPC today, it is not flawless. I believe nobody will buy the lousy house facade but the whole concept n package. Btw, if to ask Perdana Parkcity to build another township n follow the scale of DPC, surely many will buy but would it repeat the similar success, we also dunno.

Honestly for their casaman and mansion workmanship many buyers also not happied...and with the upcoming condos...i am not sure if its still that inviting to stay there...but locatiom wins lah....compared to the si beh far places.

Gamuda house itself is above average but landscape wise....outside the house is very average...but individual title.....cant do much about it....

Received EW Times (e-newsletter) that letter for application of TNB and Syabas utilities for Tenderfields precint is sent to owner already (I have yet to receive). 2 sessions ie 5-6/11 & 12-13/11 from 10am - 5pm are arranged for Tenderfields owner to sign the application and pay the deposits at the sales gallery of EM.

Tenderfield really very fast, look afar seems like things are very much ready. Last I visit was flower festival, so many changes since then.

This is the entrance of Gentlebre- emblem on the gate is ready already. I supposed the pre-VP talk will be arranged soon (this month) to the buyers.

No toll hikes next year, minister confirms

There will be no toll hikes next year, Works Minister Fadillah Yusof said today, adding that the government must pay RM59.97 million in compensation to highway concessionaires because of this.

He said the cabinet had on Oct 12 decided to postpone the restructuring for toll rates in 2016 and 2017.

"In other words, there is no toll hike this year and next year," Fadillah told the House when wrapping up his part of the Budget 2017 debate.

He explained that only four tolls were eligible for rate hikes next year, namely the Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL), Kajang–Seremban Highway (Lekas), Senai–Desaru Expressway (SDE) and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE).
