A lot of developer or insiders sell people's contacts for money to agents, it's not surprising to get these kinds of calls. However, I'm confident EM (who cares a lot on reputation) won't do this. Can't be sure on certain individual staff.

It does definitely looks nicer by Tiara South, however please hold on until we see the end product. The one shown in Tiara South is part of the Show Unit. Correct me if I'm wrong.

EcoWorld Class? Please get the EcoWorld grass settled at EcoMajestic first! I have vested interest with EM but I do not want to see subpar products in EM such as those in Cradleton. The video said if they promised to deliver then they should put it in action. Also to show something in the show room but deliver differently then it's deceiving such as the grass portion.

How many more unpleasant surprises are we going to get? Better deliver EW else you can forget about your brand coming from a existing purchaser.

I understand some may try to protect EW due to vested interest but in long term the cover will blow and eventually people would know then the value of the property/project will no longer be there due to subpar end product. I have chose to be on the fence on EW but the more I see the more I'm disappointed.

Or perhaps this is due to EW thought they have done enough? Na, I think they can do better if they reduce their budget on marketing and provide more quality product or value added product around the environment (yes even a neighboring project Diamond City has better landscaping than EM's premium price properties. Just have a look at Diamond City if they haven't done so and I suggest forumers go have a look what nice landscaping is. The developer is even from China but still done a decent job.

So EW, the best marketing is delivering a good end product. We will even advertise it for you for free and it would even be more convincing to the potential buyer of future product and phases. CHANGE YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY!

SEG's on the landscaping is really nice but I haven't seen it personally. I compared EM and Diamond City , Diamond City is so much nicer in terms of landscaping. My expectation from EM should at least be on par if not better (due to premium pricing). Have you seen Diamond City?

I think most like myself have seen enough as the development is at its final stage. On the landscaping, it can be done concurrently and it would mean that there won't be any drastic change to the landscaping. Unless of course if we make enough noises now. It would be too late when it has VPED and pass the key to the owners. Owners needs to start realising and make the necessary noise before it's too late. Better still express dissatisfaction to EW when you visit EM for your utilities deposit. Stand up for you think is right else you deserve what you get.

Sorry to break it to you. I had the same feeling as you until I saw what is being offered at Diamond City(nearby to EM) in terms landscaping. It will blow you away if you think the attached picture is considered nice.
