A mature personal won't take variant opinion personally.
No different points of view, everyone are here to praise EW 14 version. Then happy neighborhood?

Well, to me that's not the way and it's fair to to raise valid concerns. Different people different approaches. I voiced out my views and I hear you too... generally I'm lazy to argue / discuss long, partly also need to attend to my works :perfectly (note: I'm not tauke like you... sweat.gif)

no big issue..i bought one wth a bad slope...as the kereta can jalan if u put the brake on to open the gate....so I sold the hse off.....u like u buy ...u don't like u sell or rent it off....what u do is in ur control and in ur hands....90% of the things u can control..so why let the 10% trouble bother u when u can control the temperament and situation.....consider it bad investment n move on...

Because the purchasers that are displeased about it are in this forum. The other places you have mentioned might have some discontent purchasers as well but perhaps they do not use this forum. In that case, EM's issue seems magnified

I think many have tried hard to show others are bad, to convince Cradleton are not the worse.

I believe so far I have not seem any nearby reliable developement are worse than Cradleton.

Prove that I am wrong.
Show me staircase rooftop and deep steep and water fountain at front.

Yeah, but the problem happen everywhere, doesn't mean that you don't buy EM project and go to other project, then will not encounter this issue as well.

Is is a fault of developer to produce houses with slope issue?

Sometimes its not about the problems we face in front of u n ur eyes...take a break and u see things in better perspective.....ecoslope will not change n will be there forever...so change focus and take ur eyes n mind from the slope...as I say...can skateboard...can save car petrol as can put neutral and the car will just roll down....also..ur cradleton is mid point down from tenderfield and merrydale....u can tell merrydale buyers I m on top of u lah....... drool.gif Sometimes facts is facts why defend as facts already presented itself.....not for us to proof but for them to proof.....they have to defend themselves not for us to defend them...
But really ....the South Klang Valley sure have real real tough competitors to attract buyers wth their ingineous designs and capabilities......Country garden...SPS..EW.....TH...n etc.....now really hard to pleased buyers..heh ur hse not like this developer beautiful townships n etc...

Actually if been given a choice, I believe majority will buy a house that is at higher ground compare to neighbours.

However, due to geographical constraint, this issue sometime might happen. However, this will cause some to speculate that because the units are first phase, which is relatively cheaper, then it must be the fault of the developer do not want spend money to flaten the land and cause the slope. sweat.gif sweat.gif

Yes it does happen too but due to wider width, not so obvious.

If they already know Cradleton are less strategy even with similar products nearby. Why don't they do.better on others part? Obviously slope is not the only concern and i.believe we have pass this question long time ago since we also know nothing can change anymore.

Smaller our request to backlane and trees... Gone...

Even smaller to Grass only.

Are we really asking too much?
