Your VOX already disappeared from your UOB Online after YOLO is activated?
I have used mine for slightly more than a year.

Get called from UOB branch, asked to collect credit card. However, I got my YOLO card already

Called to checked with CS, get to know that YOLO card send by poslaju which is on my hand now, the one in UOB branch is P.miles Card

Why they don't just send together zzz

before i received my yolo card, they send me a mail.
they deactivate and disappeared before i activate my new card. (at the same day i receive the mail)

I see. I prefer they don't deactivate mine because I don't want trouble later in receiving cash back for my VOX.

So... I called last Thursday, to request for the yolo card, approved this monday according to CS, but normal post... i wonder when i'll receive it...

so according to CS can't view cards that are not activated yet online...

You can actually with a trick. Check the option which changes PIN, it will display all your cards include those are not activated.

I called CS again afterwards, to clarify saying I want to "Convert". They can do for that directly without telemarketer, i think that one is for adding YOLO as additional card. Maybe the first call i have the CS misunderstood

anyway, they submitted the request and will need 5 working day to process and send out the card.
Checked with them about the delivery, they are sending via snail mail, no option for poslaju

I tried the trick telling them I have bad experience on receiving via snail mail so that they can send via poslaju, but they say they will only send via poslaju if the snail mail not received in 14 working days after sent

Mine 0001 xxxx too. Converted from VOX, sent thru normal post.

I started use back in April/May iinm.

Just got called from the sales department, my new YOLO card will be sending to me within 7 working days.

Yes, then please follow up with CS. Afraid that it went missing during transition.

I got another call from UOB, which will read TnC for me so that the application can proceed.
It will ready in 7-14 workings days.

She also mention the YOLO 2nd year will be auto waived with 20k total spend annually
I will never spend that high for this card.

2nd year call to cancel, probably offer you waive it and ask you stay using it.

Why nobody call and read out T&C for me or the criteria for waiver?
I also cannot achieve 20k.

Another community service today, charged my Grab card payment to this card today.

I cancelled VOX card last Thursday. Today I received a call to offer me YOLO card.
When I ask about annual fee, they say will waive for 2 years and they never mentioned any other condition.

I hope you have this person's name and confirmation in black and white. They can promise you everything but at the end, they may not honour it. So, best is to keep a record for yourself.
