Guys, few question here

-How does the yolo cash rebate for online work? my statement is 25th each month, the rebate quota will renew after 25th? or on 1st of each month?

-When will we get the rebate? i receive the card on end of november, did an online transaction on 11st december, statement date on 25th december. So far i didn't receive any rebate yet.

1) The cycle is based on calendar month, first until last day of the month.

2) It will be posted by following month's 30th, usually around 20s of following month. For your case, you should get your first cash back this month's 20s, by 30th as per TnC. Check out your unbilled transactions later, it will be shown as "Campaign cash credit".

Since there is no more 10% CB for lady's card, I called up cs few days ago to cancel the card, along with the uob one card since i am afraid they might charge me AF. Got a call from UOB few days today (presumably the retention dept) to say that they will waive my AF for another 3 years. So I decided to continue hold on to the card, just in case the promo might return or any if there is any other promo.

Uob credit card agent faster pm me. Got potential business for u.

Hi guys, after docs submission to uob telemarketer how log it takes for the result usually?

if appear in the statement only cancel it,still have to pay?
one more question,I received my card on March 2016 and annual fee waived for 1st year,so when will be the first annual fee charge for me?

Should be around Feb or March 2017. Best to check with TS for the exact date.
