I paid for my lunch. Cashier swiped AMEX 3times(one time use Pin&Pay) then change Visa. Total 4times charged... dont know invalid or what==

I hope you will not be charged 4x...

But when read at Fb and twitter comment. All transaction failed but got charge. More sad if it is debit card

Oh patutlah ... Yesterday, activated my newly arrived cards in the morning. Tried to test that it's truly activated by swiping Amex at lunch but was informed rejected. Outlet said maybe due to new card activation problem. But this is a more likely explanation. Will try swiping new cards again later.

Yes, AMEX. spend on Agoda.

Check my past statements, and it has overseas 1TP, and then bonus 4TP (total 5). but in November statement, only receive overseas 1TP.

You are not alone on this. I got less than 1 TP to make things worse!
But I had filled this issue via email too. Target date for them to rectify is 2nd Dec. Will share here once its back to normal.

Call centre gave me a target date of 15 Dec
