Yap, Digi 4G in my area is useless and i have turn off 4G on my phone since week one. i was going to jet if free weekend is 4G only but have burned though over 100GB of 3G since during weekend - ALL FREE, no problem there. Hence i stay. But nobody knows if Digi let this passes in the future.

QUOTE(abamkacahitam @ Jan 6 2017, 11:27 PM) Hello all i think 3 numbers family mostly unlimited calls n sms afaikI dont have any problem with digi. Just a little of perplexed. Ok so yesterday I've downgraded my line from postpaid rm80 to rm50 Then at the same time I add in rm20 because I wanted to do the whole internet sharing with 2 of my sub lines. So current setup as of right now is Rm50 upgraded for internet sharing and for the unlimited call + 2 lines with rm38 family thing. So its understood that all 3 numbers are getting unlimited calls. But when we check via digi app. Turned out all 3 of us got sms unlimited as well. Is it a bug? Sorry for long post. |

QUOTE(teikseng @ Jan 6 2017, 08:34 PM) Wow that's savageInfo: Digi deducted RM5900 from his credit card. He complained about it thru email, FB, anything, but no avail for a year. I repeat, for A YEAR. One day, he went to Digi HQ, then threw eggs and screamed asking for manager. That way, his issue has been resolved. This is a proof that Digi CS is the worst. Is this how a telco company would solve any issue? By making customers throwing eggs? This post has been edited by kroul2: Jan 7 2017, 11:13 AM |

Ha. If that happened to me. I wouldn't be too polite the choice of words and it won't be just flesh eggs on the wall. Something they can clean nicely so i don't get into trouble but it would be smelly mofo for weeks to come

QUOTE(jack2001 @ Jan 7 2017, 07:15 PM) Oh yeah, can someone confirm this? If it is now truly unlimited, then UMobile please move aside...... How about BB60? Is youtube unlimited or limited to 10gb. I am interested with RM60 plan as it is better than Maxis, Umobile and Celcom broadband plans with 15gb of quota. |
