How long will it usually take for me to change plan? Currently on digi 50 wanna switch to 80 for unlimited call. I heard calling CS directly is faster?

If Digi didn't do silly things like spamming me every evening at 6.16pm to buy their broadband, their CSOs wouldn't have to handle so many calls.

I had to call on Tuesday to ask them to stop spamming me every day. 13 minutes on the phone before someone answered. That's quick compared to today.

Does Digi senior management think that skimping on support staff will increase their profit margins? I think they will lose revenue in the longer run as more pissed off customers port out.

Go to a Digi Store and ask for a waiver. I presume you never switched on mobile data when you were there? What is your phone model?

Is anybody facing speedcap on Digi Broadband 50? My download speed hardly surpass 50 kb/sec on a 4G broadband reception. Downloading on my Digi phone line gives me 2-3 mb/sec. Such a huge difference.

yes, same here. same location using digi broadband speed is 4x sower than hotspot from my phone. they must be controlling the broadband speed. really feel cheated! 1st is the so cal 24/7 stream free which have quota. now they controlling the speed. 😡😡😡

Seems like a problem with the current top tier phones, they tend to "leak" data even when you did not turn the data on. I read somewhere in LYN Telco Talk the only solution is to turn off 4G on the phone. Good luck getting the waivers from Digi and Celcom.

I already get feedback from Celcom there's no waiver for that charges, waiting for DiGi feedback. I think suppose to be that issue, however I noticed that my DiGi prepaid usage was using few kb of data however the charges is 0

That is one of the reasons I stay clear of Celcom Postpaid, after reading here about users' bill shock while roaming with Celcom.

Hello all

I dont have any problem with digi. Just a little of perplexed.

Ok so yesterday I've downgraded my line from postpaid rm80 to rm50

Then at the same time I add in rm20 because I wanted to do the whole internet sharing with 2 of my sub lines.

So current setup as of right now is

Rm50 upgraded for internet sharing and for the unlimited call + 2 lines with rm38 family thing.

So its understood that all 3 numbers are getting unlimited calls. But when we check via digi app. Turned out all 3 of us got sms unlimited as well.

Is it a bug?

Sorry for long post.
