Digi customer service collaps... email bounced back, twitter cannot send message, Facebook no respond. Call, 19 min only answer and ended up helpless.

Call maxis answer within a min.

I had to call on Tuesday to ask them to stop spamming me every day.  13 minutes on the phone before someone answered.  That's quick compared to today.

Does Digi senior management think that skimping on support staff will increase their profit margins?  I think they will lose revenue in the longer run as more pissed off customers port out.

You try to call their helpline, send a message to their Facebook or write an email to their cust serv now. I guarantee u will be surprised.

You sign a contract with them also will be surprised.
