I honestly don't think the rebate will end on Aug'18. Maybe even more rebate to come in view of the low take up rate.

Actually there is very little things not to like for this project, just that the market demand is really low now.

Another thing is the maintenance, 510 units on 7.58 acre land with 32 cents per sf, the collection simply not enough to maintain the Gbi gold facilities. Yes these facilities could cut down water and electricity consumption. But what if the solar panel spoiled after warranty period? Etc, etc.....

The rebate only for first 75 units. Block B open for sale the price will high but I think the developer will provide more gift.

Hindu temples quick far a bit for Hillcrest Height. Should be no problem.

Base rate & spread rate

Cimb 4.15% + 0.40% (ELR: 4.55%)

Mbb 3.25% + 1.2% (ELR: 4.45%)

Question: which one is better and why? I'm not experienced to decide which loan is best for long run. Both Mbb and Cimb is telling their side of story which confuses me. Thank you!

Spread rate is fixed. Base rate will change base on BNM decision.

if next year base rate is 4 then maybank is 5.2. Cimb is 4.4.

But I will choose the lowest one since if rate raise oso not much diff then is better choose the lowest first.
