I buy block A 17 floor type A. Tower B hear will start on September but hear will very expensive compare to tower A.

The rebate only for first 75 units. Block B open for sale the price will high but I think the developer will provide more gift.

Spread rate is fixed. Base rate will change base on BNM decision.

if next year base rate is 4 then maybank is 5.2. Cimb is 4.4.

But I will choose the lowest one since if rate raise oso not much diff then is better choose the lowest first.

You can walk in to the sales office to look the show unit. Coz now change package already.

Previously is 5% + 3% + 3% & free legal fee.
Type A - 2 airconds & free kitchen kabinet
Type B - 3 airconds & free kitchen kabinet
Type C - dunno coz no show units

This I not sure but heard agent say will be around 620-630 per sq ft. You need to walk in to ask for further details.
