The GMV system by Gree is a energy recovery system, where hot air from the condenser unit captured and product hot water. In case air cond is not running, there is no hot water.
But the reason given by developer is not acceptable as they said "many" buyer request not to use, as i know at the moment only 60+ unit sold out of 510 units, how can this interpret as "many buyers". And I believe buyers will not aware the maintenance cost of GMV system and this is just a simple statement to convince buyers by agent.
However, i support to use conventional storage type heater.

Hi, i just booked A13-2 (Type B), apparently the take up rate is just around 50%, definitely not fully sold. However the lower floor i.e. below 13th floor is quite full.
