Correction: Type B comes with 4 A/C, not 3.

Shangri-la voucher replaced by 3% rebate which is better. If i'm not mistaken last time was 5% + Shangri-la voucher of RM3888 (no additional 3% 0-GST discount back then).

The agent told me last time early bird 5%+3% and another 3% after changed gov.

Then Free SPA Legal Fee

Free Loan Legal Fee (This for first 10 to sign SPA, dont know agent go bullshit or not)

And RM3888 Shangri-la cash voucher

This I not sure but heard agent say will be around 620-630 per sq ft. You need to walk in to ask for further details.

Some indication on block B pricing, but promo wise I'm not sure, any one enquired on block B?

I booked mine A-13-2 @ RM762k
Block B same unit B-13-2 @ 788K

Im only entitled SPA legal free, the rest including loan legal fee is under my own expense.

Ya. My one also only entitled SPA legal free. But I think Block B will free for loan legal fee also since the price already increase. See what the package they will provide.

Yes, at 6xx+ psf it is very expensive for that location. I think the only consolation is freehold. I'd rather get subsales for other properties nearby or even the freehold landed property around there at this price range.

before discount 6xxx.. after discount u get around 550 which is quite worth it

considering the other place like skyz.. which is talking about 700 easily

Ya. You can get it cheap after completion but only for bank auction. havent include the outstanding amount. sometimes will more higher than market price

Even at 550psf, I can top up a little to get subsale doublestorey freehold landed at that very same taman. Anyway, different people different preference.
