nothing is for sure now, since SME still haven't release any official statement.

MY's website not updated yet. local team need to formulate a plan first -- and address all these issues like freebies, telco contracts, etc...
it might take a few days before they have this plan in place and hopefully, communicated to their partners properly (unlike the last time).
whatever info they provide now, i am very sure is based on first recall. that one... circumstances is different.
the best they can probably do is advise ppl to power down the phone.
