Alipay Hangzhou have a few channels for card payment. It is strange Alipay has one with Groceries MCC. Not always you will be directed to this channel.

apply credit through the website, but stuck at the upload doc part, after selecting all related doc, it jump back to the same page again and ask to select document type.

Call CS to complain, should not reverse. Unlike other cards this one got no FCFS or similar provision that could result in no CB.

I have called CS to inquiry about the transaction under which MCC

Apparently, based on the statement of transaction name "ALI*www.taobao.com - HANGZHOU CN" that is under Online

However, check further about the MCC, it actually under Grocery

Therefore, no rebate will be earn based on the description in statement

Previously I got rebate on my ikhwan master.
But my latest transaction was on January. Still got CB.
Maybe they update their recognition system. Oh no

received sms from maybank saying approved after 4 working days.

syabas' online payment is only JomPAY.

Anyone had been experienced such issue?
My visa bacerona has been blocked by MBB Fraud team since 28 march
It claimed that under investigation/ under management review until further notice.

And today added with MB2cards, had been blocked due to same reason too.


CS just ask me to wait as fraud team will contact me soon.

what did u do? what did they claim what you did?

they don't block for no reason.

For my side, every transaction was normal except for PayPal which transacted and refund later. This is my first PayPal transaction.

That is all.

Other retail transactions was normal

I did inquiry the reason and even offer myself to facilitate investigation. However, cs just ask me to wait until further notice from fraud team as they will contact me. They can't tell me the reason because still under investigation.
