local banks do not support it, i think they still negotiating with Apple for fees %
While the deals struck between Apple and the banks are confidential, the tech group receives about 15 % per $100 transaction in the US, while in the UK it gets “significantly less” — only a few pence per £100 transaction — according to banking insiders. Apple declined to comment |

Both Maybank and CIMB Singapore don’t support Apple Pay till now, I doubt they are keen. Gotta wait for smaller player to work with Apple.

how did GPay collaborate with iPay88 to open payment market in Malaysia instead of banks... I guess Apple only interested to work with big players such as bank to offer Apple Pay... |

Citibank in the US is one of the first few to sign Apple Pay. Over here Citibank already signed with Samsung Pay but still no Apple Pay.
