Ahh...ok. I plan to book him to go Kanchanaburi, stay 1 night there (2days/1night). Both days also need his transportation for whole day. So guess he will stay in Kanchanaburi for the night instead of driving back to Bangkok at night and coming over the next day early morning? Any idea how much $ need to pay to him for his accommodation for 1 night?

Last time when you went to Hua Hin and Pattaya, did you get his service (transportation for whole day) daily for the period of time that you stayed there? Or you just get his service to drop you off at Hua Hin, you get around Hua Hin on your own, and then he come pick you up another day to go back to Bangkok?

I am not sure about the room rate in Kanchanaburi but you can always tell him your budget and he can sort it out himself i guess. For example, you tell him your budget for him to stay a night is THB 800, then ask him to go and find one will do.

The last time i just want him to drop me in Hua Hin and Pattaya, i settle myself there with a motorbike rental. More free and easy smile.gif

How much you bought ? For AA ??

Being few trips to BKK 2 years, AA cheaper one I can get is RM27x.xx without luggage.

Few months ago, bought BKK ticket through ThaiAir about RM400 plus, but sometimes MAS/Thai will promotion for sale

Last week MAS doing sale to BKK too, about RM278 - RM350

Anyone has 7/8-seaters driver to recommend for 7 pax, traveling from Don Mueng Airport to Khao Yai?

Plan to stay 2 nights in Khao Yai during Jan.

Is it better to ask the same driver (i think cheaper but has to find motel for the driver, & driver may not speak English) or book private tours (no cheap as the tour is charged per pax, but more professional tour guide) directly in Khao Yai?

Anybody can share experience on private car/ local tour booking in Khao Yai? Thanks.

Yeah. But I bought it together with accommodations so that's still fine. It was a panic buy. Should've buy flight ticket and hostel separately. I reckon airbnb have better cheaper choice. doh.gif

Yes!!! I always target these airlines throwing offer... Thai Airways or MAS... sometimes the fare is even cheaper than flying with AA...

Anyway, AA is crap la.. must add this add that... end price is not cheap also... i rather pay a bit more.. at least everything included and touch down in Suvarnabhumi Airport.. nearer to city

Anyone have any places to recommend to go in Bangkok? Going this September. Mostly planning to visit malls since my friend was a first timer and first time taking flights. laugh.gif Pratunam market, Platinum mall, siam area.

What else I can do in Bangkok besides these, massage and eat? laugh.gif

How much would it cost to charter a taxi for going around bangkok for a full day? Heard traffic is pretty bad there.

Does charter cost also cover parking, toll etc?
