Many places there don't accept credit cards, except for restaurants (even then, not all restaurants take cards either). So just budget for those 2 places properly, cash wise.

Hi Guys,
I am travelling to Incheon arriving at 5.30pm today for work. Need to go to Mokpo (Southern side) by train.
Can someone guide me on the train schedule, price etc. It is a 4 hours train ride, do they have some kind of business class.
Thanks in advance.

Do remember to activate your PLUS. You may find the PLUS logo behind your atm. PLUS is international withdrawal, used it to withdraw in Singapore before.

It very subjective to ask bank to activate the oversea withdrawal for you. In technical explaination, it is a tag/indicator to allow you to perform oversea withdrawal. I am sure you can turn it on yourself through domestic ATM. Or you may turn in on through internet banking. All bank system already customise the features to allow customer to activate/deactivate the option. However, i am not sure your issuing bank have such function on their teller system to allow the teller turn it on on behalf of customer.

Anyone got a simcard when travelling in Seoul? Im going mid April for a week and thinking is it better buying a SIM or pocket wifi. Only 2 of us travelling. Pocket wifi is about RM105 for a week.
And anyone stayed near Jamsil stadium? Attending a concert there and its about 45 mins from Seoul. Might look for accommodation at Jamsil for a night or 2.
