This one not sure. I suppose apply thru one agent which used to give good rebate but now no more offer Unifi due to less fee earned and also new restrictions required more works to be done by agent.

No sms or call for installation yet after 9 Nov 2016 details given. Fire up msg to tm. Then was told still not pass 7 days yet after 9 Nov 2016. Lol.... will fire again.

Received sms that installation will be on 19/11/2016 from 12.31pm-7.30pm. No installer number given. I fb msg TM to request installer number. Hope can get since 12.31pm-7.30pm is long time range to wait.

Do u have the installer number? Or u called but no one pick up? What 100 said when u call them up?

Just browse TM website again today. Now the website showing RM179 for 30mbps, BUT now got free call to TM Fixed Line nationwide. Those who just applied recently not enjoy free call since 1 Nov but then now? Feel unfair and plan change within 2 weeks.

RM20 is Voice IDD. BUT IT IS Free to call to TM fixed line..... Operator told me when registration no free call at all.

Complain to TM first, if they refuse then complain to MCMC. However, you will lose the free calls.

This is how TM answer. However if you try to select the option in tm website, it totally not mention at about RM20/mth but just indicate FREE call to TM Fixed Line. Do take note.

Yes to enjoy the 600 min Free call to TM fixed line. You just need to subscript to RM20/mth STD/IDD option. The website info is WRONG according to TM officer.
