60 gigabyte? What you download?

Their statement quite confusing..... From TM Online stated that RM20 add on, it is valid for 1000 minutes of FREE talk time to international fixed lines and mobiles. Nothing mention about local call.

TM just called but for further registration but line cut off few times. Was told TM CS line got bit problem to call out now. My registration staff stop at reference number half way given before I managed to copy down. Lol

Today morning TM missed call me twice when I not took my phone with me. Till lunch time they managed to call me.
Basically TM will confirm with us all details of package we take ie Unifi Advance 30MB RM179. No free call given and if any call, charge will be billed accordingly. 3 user IDs was selected by us at our choice. For billing, the actual billing for RM179 (exclude GST) package will be RM169 - discount RM20 + RM30 of Any TV Pack (Aneka/Varnam/Ruby). All these info will be appeared every month till you want to terminate. First billing, two months fee will be charged. Free 1 month subscription fee only appear in 2nd billing. Within 10 days After installation, we are required to pay RM100 at TM Point. This amount will be deducted out from our billing. Installation will be made within 1 weeks. Installer will call us in advance. Any changing of the installation date must be informed 3 days in advance, or else RM200 will be charged. Hope this help for anyone who going to apply unifi. Well I registered online and called for further information within 3 days. And now waiting installation for one week. Confirmed already no free call. Any call to local line will be charged. Anyway no difference to me since I won't use it to call. Lol.....

Do you tell them your reference no such as CMBUA-02112016-XX (Assumed you registered online on last Wednesday)? Without reference no, they hard to trace for you.
