There is statement conflict in between "Terms & Conditions" & "FAQ section" from the website.

It stated in FAQ section when you click on it.

Only Eligible to:-
i) Customers have to be registered for the qualifying services before 31st December 2016. Not an automatic upgrade. Customers have to
apply for upgrade
ii) Customers must not have been given a free upgrade prior to the Budget 2017 announcement (those upgraded between May – September 2016)

So those eligible need to give consent via e-mail or SMS. Upgrade will be done in phases (starting from April 2017)

The more you read, the more you confuse. Lol

I received email from TM but same setting show unticked in TM mailing list. Tried to tick but at the end still show unticked. Seems TM not accept amendment.

It won't. Dont compare to oversea. Minister will ask you move out from Malaysia if not happy.

You only can upgrade once not twice. Please read again the conditions.

If not mistaken read somewhere either their fb, the conditions or FAQ did mention grace period of 14 days installation in January 2017 given for those register late December 2016.

This reason is valid but TM is the one should know what kind of lines subscribedby users are capable for the upgrade and then do the upgrading exercise automatically instead want to get consent from users.

To All who wanna ask about TM packages, best to call up TM. No one can really advice u any. If we say here u can, doesn't mean u sure can get.
