wah so many .. jz wonder how come got ppl buy house and not able to pay installment end up taken by bank for lelong. if the person know that he cannot pay for the monthly installment, why would he just sit there and let the bank took it 3mths later. he got a lot of option like , sell off his unit at lower than market price with the help of agent, at least the price would not be so low as if auction by bank? for e.g. he probably can sell it off at RM700k ?? better than taken over by bank and only sell RM635k?

Many properties that landed in auction will have little or no options due to lack of cash to settle the differential loan amount. Most borrowers would have borrowed max and plus overdue interest cannot match the market price. Banks will not give consent to buyer to redeem the title until the differential sum is paid.

Not old mining land. If mining land not that shallow. You can see example at mahkota cheras, the mines and puchong there.

Direct opposite wotp will be commercial lot and west lake central park. Overall more than 50% will be landed house.

In the first link, there is a huge lake that can be viewed from that unit's balcony, may I know which lake is it?

Because when I saw from google map, there is no lake nearby wotp?

I think the first link is skyvilla, d'island residence, lbs condo project in puchong.

Block B south view direct facing small plot of UDA land. Not sure what going to develop there.

OCR cheras south upcoming project. Location could be the past lumiere project which is next to wotp. Total unit 476 in 6 to 7 acres land size.

i always wondered what happened to Lumiere project. Abandoned, rupanya.

470 unit / 7acres = 70 unit/acre not bad

Good thing is with centralised langat sewerage project, developer now no need give out a land to build STP.

Honestly RM 700k for an apartment in Cheras sounds crazy expensive no matter how big it is

1 of the garden the center park within the wotp.

i dont think the absolute price is crazy. its the maintenance because of the size. i own two condos in cheras more expensive than 700 and half the size...
