Ya, Cheras area getting more and more expensive. Especially KL Cheras from velocity to leisure mall area.

Now streets around Velocity area with mrt station looks so hip & vibrant.

Leisure mall surrounding commercial area also getting better & better. Even Sunway development also moving to down south near eko cheras with premium price tag.

The middle red circle is the junction road at wotp. In future the road to the west will expand and connect to Bandar Damai Perdana very near Could Tree Condo. North Road will expand to Vina Condo up till Taman Minang. Cut short the road to KL area within 2km+-

How soon this expansion will be materialized?
Ppl may use it to skip btho toll...
Today drivers from BDP have to get to kpg baru then CP.

BTHO area heading to KL no toll issue. Only coming back need to drive into Taman Len Sen to skip the toll. But many speed bum.

To materialise it. The land owners need to develop the empty lands around the planned road.

Was referring to those who wanna exit from Batu11 to KL.

Anyway, any insight from land owners/any source when will it be materialised?

Batu 11 people usually will use Jalan Cheras Perdana to skip the toll to KL also much closer for them.

Market volatile & uncertain many pull handbrake, unless big player.

The lowest I've seen for condos that costs over a million would be Bukit Utama 9, large sq ft units 2k++ and costs 20 cents psf
