Not in WOTP case. The mgmt has legal right to cut off water supply if maintenance fee is not paid in excess of 3 consecutive months. It’s in the condo bylaws. And this JMB is super strict one.

Blocking access card come with cutting off water still the best way. Many others condo management also doing this practice.

Only blocking access card will only create problem to security team most of the time, you can't imagine how thick face a person can be when they can't enter with their blocked access card.

i didnt mention about the access card being blocked because the mgmt would have already withdrawn the access card when the property was put on auction.

i live in WOTP. that should explain everything.
