Carpark lot demand is quite good. With 4 car parks can rent out 1 or 2 carpark lots.

LG2 is the lowest unit here. That is why the unit come with garden terrace. I guess facing factory or not is not an issue. Since being at LG2, you don’t really have any view actually. Block by leaves/plants.

And is an occupied unit. Most likely owner still staying judging by the renovation.

Bank is also smart. Will not release all units at once. After one unit sold then only will release another into the lelong market. Can wait. Sure to have other units too in few months time.

>2000 sq ft auction for RM635k seem worth and cheap , bcz market price now is about RM900k. If u are buying for ownstat should be fine. but if u are thinking to buy and flip at RM900k is not possible.

looking at the brickz.com , there are very little transaction transacted in past 6 month, there are few transacted at RM900k-RM1mil but those are more than 6mth ago. Market now is very bad, if really can sell at RM900k why dun the previous owner sell it himself?

This is a plan drawn by a Singaporean architect. Like Veritas design & planing architect firm. Both design & planing on the same land. Hope UDA can join venture with other well-known developers like BBCC.
