I wish I'd suggested that, I've had it happen to me in the past and it's a real bugger, not something you expect and of course whenever you stop and look about for the cause the tyre will naturally be resting upon the bulge.

Yeah, the only way to accurately identify the problem is to lift the car up. I've done some survey and decided to go for Hankook v12 evo2 tires for RM170 each excluding GST.

hey guys, talking about tyres, anyone had tried using hankook v12 on gaga? how's the review esp on road noise and softness blink.gif

still using my silverstone m5, its starting to feel uncomfortable on the road but im not too sure whats the cause, probably due to aging tyres, thinking of changing to hankook v12 or re003 but re003 has lower treadwear...haha

mau cheap and long lasting with good grip for hard driving.....find unicorn easier biggrin.gif

I'm using Corsa 2233 and it's pretty decent so far, but it's not a popular tire. You can also try Kumho tires.

Sorry Abang dares. I went junior hunting but can't find them. Those mystical beast remained as legend.

It's been so long since I last read the forum.

Kumho any model in particular?

Anyone used viking before? It's by continental, made in Alor Star factory if not mistaken. Cheap but dunno how's the feel. SA recommended me last time long ago but that time I choose CC5. Now almost botak

Using Viking ProTech but not on Saga. Quite decent for the price. Not performance tyres but think can tahan lama coz the grooves are very deep.

Just my story..

Silverstone M3 - Grip on dry road ok, wet road sucks big time when tyre aged (>1.5yo)

Continental CC5 - Grip acceptable on both dry n wet road condition, most quiet among all tyres i have tried b4, threadwear lower

Viking CT5 - Cheap n cheerful tyres, Dry road grip acceptable, Wet road grip better than Ss M3, noise comparable with M3. cant complain with the price, consider bang for bucks.

Yokohama AE BlueEarth - using it now, Grip on wet n dry road so far acceptable, tend to be noisier or similar to CT5, tyre lou claim can last 45k-50k mileage compare normal tyre eg cc5 40k-45k

Kumho n bridgestone EP200 i heard is quite ok.

Toyo is by Silverstone factory coz the brand i heard get bought over, performance x sure.
