I'm expecting to get the item by 9/9/2016

so I called them everyday since 13 Sept to ask for my order status. Lazada CS said the item already with courier la, will revert back la...end up I need to call them everyday.

Just now, Lazada CS called and said courier unable to deliver and ask me if I want a refund.

Now need to wait another 15 working days to get my money back.

- order placed on 07/09/2016
- expected to received by 09/09
- call CS on 13/09, CS said item with courier
- 14/09 CS email at 7.30 PM said will deliver by TODAY (14/09)
- 15/09 (5:00 PM) called CS, CS said item with courier.

End up I go to directd on friday and finally bought Mi note 4. F u lazada for wasting my time.

ts you suay la. I've been buying from Lazada forever. no delays no scam. only buy from reputable seller though. online shopping sure have its risk. no worries. get your money is the first priority.

sometimes the problem happen becoz of the courier itself...

so many courier nowadays.. ninjavan, runningman, lazada express... I know all this from lazada... laugh.gif

after that you still need to wait for courier to send back to lazada. then only they process your refund.

Actually lazada still better ni term of physical stores.
Most stores will impose bullshit 3% surcharge if pay via cc. But lazada don't.
